At the base of two massive cedar trees, enjoy a relaxing soak in the bubbling cedar hot tub that overlooks the bay and its abundant marine life. Seals have been spotted swimming in the waters below. The home sits down a semi-private driveway that is only shared with other properties within the Estate (5 other homes on property.) Guests have access to explore the full 5 acre property including a pathway leading down to the waterfront with access to boating equipment. Central location for hoping on the ferry to Downtown Seattle, exploring the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, & more!

A panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains will inspire and amaze all those who stay in the Carriage House. Ten minutes to the Seattle ferry, and the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard . A washer(cold water only) and a dryer are in the Cartiage House laundry room.
