Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

The house was perfect. Clean, neat and comfortable. So beautifully situated at the lake. The outside was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. A great stay!

My family and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy and exactly as described. We loved the hot tub — it was clean, private and the perfect way to relax. The hosts were super responsive and made check- in super easy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

House and property are immaculate. Hosts have done an amazing job bringing this property back to all its glory. House has everything you could ask for and move, would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to return!

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

The red point lighthouse was all you can dream of for a beachside vacation and more! The house feels even bigger than the pictures make it seem and everything was clean. The beach isn’t private but it’s rarely ever crowded since it’s reserved for residents of the area. You’re not within walking distance of restaurants or stores but we didn’t think that was a problem at all; we stocked up on our way down and even passed a house selling eggs and homemade cinnamon buns which we bought for breakfast one day. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured and was extremely clean! The check in was simple and check out was a breeze as well! The beds/linens for clean and comfortable and it was quiet to sleep at night. The house was 10 minutes away from where we needed to be for the weekend and was close to shops and restaurants. Kate was a great host, thoughtful and was responsive to messages. If we ever need a place to stay in the same area we will definitely stay again!!!

Great place for families or large groups. Huge kitchen. A list of what was supplied in the kitchen would have been nice. Cream for coffee, etc. would have been appreciated. The toilet paper was sub par. Bring your own if you don’t want cheap public bathroom quality stuff. But it was super clean, very spacious. The beds were comfy. Lots of pillows provided. Thank you. We would stay again.

We absolutely love staying at Bernard’s, we have continued to come every year since 2020 because Bernard and Alison are fantastic hosts, the location is perfect and the home is so comfortable for my family. We love to walk to the adorable downtown section of Milton and, of course, Dogfishead Brewery is 2 blocks away - it’s so perfect. It’s an easy drive to downtown Rehoboth, Lewes and we like going through the back roads to Bethany. The location is spot on. The home itself is always pristinely clean and has plenty of space for my family of 5 - me, husband, 2 young kids my father. The backyard is amazing with a lot of space, corn hole and a fire pit. I recommend this so highly - my kids are always asking, when are we going back to Bernard’s? It’s become such an important part of our family travel!

It was an absolutely wonderful and peaceful weekend. The house is set in a beautiful country setting, close enough to dover but still far enough away to relax from hustle and bustle of the city. The house was spotless and easy to get into had many amenities at the house. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Clear directions for checkout. Cameron was very responsive to questions in a timely manner.

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Loved staying at this cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, fresh seafood and grocery stores. The house was very clean and a well stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots and pans). Loved the warm heating system too! No clutter (lots of space for our stuff). The best bathroom we have had since using Airbnb! We will be back!

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for to participate in a nearby competition. There were minor issues that the host addressed quickly and we got back to our vacation. Would stay here again.
