Great spot! My friends and I spent the long weekend whilst completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks. It was about 35 minutes drive but well worth being slightly further out than some of the other options we looked at to stay in this accommodation. It was perfect - great open plan kitchen/living space perfect for larger groups, a stunning view and the bonus was hot tub which was fab for post hike relaxing watching the golfers that backed onto the garden! Absolutely fabulous house - could not have asked for more. The hot tub and games room (including pool table) were amazing. Linzi is an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay there.

A fantastic and private place to stay with everything you could ever think of. Sparkly clean place and Jo thought about all the little things too even down to cotton wool pads, a bottle of Prosecco & a box of roses and some milk! Really well catered for. Hot tub well maintained daily. Jo super friendly and super helpful and if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is the place! Beautiful!

Great place, close the the town centre and only 10/15 mins walk to the coast. We were able to find on street parking 5 mins away. The apartment itself had everything we needed, was a large space and the hot tub was a great bonus.

We were a group of 4 adults, 2 children and 2 very young babies (3 months and 5 months), and had a lovely weekend stay here. The house was very spacious, had everything that we needed (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, sky tv) and was in a beautiful location. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the size of the house. We did use the hot tub, however didn't light it until 7pm, so by 10pm, it was only just getting warm and we didn't get to enjoy it for too long. We all agreed that we will book again in the future, and will be recommending to others!

Such a wonderful stay! This cottage was neat and spacious, as was the garden out back. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, felt great, and was easy to operate. Town is just a short walk through some really nice and scenic fields, with a Booths supermarket, a number of tempting restaurants, fun little shops, and interesting history all within easy reach. Really relaxing, quiet, and comfortable.

Great location and barn. Perfect for a multi generational family get together (including a dog). The barn was exactly as described and well kitted out. The outside space is private and safe - the barbecue and hot tub are of a great standard. Excellent food at the Rose and Crown (but you must book). Plenty of places too visit....we had a great walk with two young children round High Force. Sarah is responsive and not "in your face". As good an Airbnb as we have been to for our annual clan gathering.

I can't thank Lee enough for my stay. Fell in love with the plave and was perfect and tranquile for our 1st year anniversary. Drove all the way from the midlands and will definitely be booking again. Thanks again for sharing such a beautifull place.

Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.

This is a wonderful house for a large family gathering or group holiday. Stunning views over Morecambe Bay. Every need has been anticipated. Great selection of games and activities for all age groups. Jim is very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend it and hope to go back for a longer stay.

Adam was an excellent host he welcomed us and made us feel right at home, the hot tub is so peaceful, we cooked on the fire and the bathroom and kitchen was amazing!

I have just returned from a wonderful stay at the shepherd's hut. As you walk up to the hut, you are in such idyllic setting, I instantly felt relaxed. The hut is gorgeous and has everything you need. We took a bit of food to cook and the little oven was great. The bed was so comfortable and huge. We chose to pay for the hot tub and I'm so glad we did. This was on all the time so we even had a little dip before we left in the morning. From start to finish Amy has been in contact, giving us all the relevant information and answered all my questions. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay.
