One overlooks the parking area and the other is located on the side by our supply closet, pointing towards the shop and driveway.

Relax at this comfortable apartment on our 25-acre ranch home. The apartment has a private bedroom, living area with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom, and it's own private entrance and patio. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Quite and out of the way, but less than 10 minutes from the Soldotna Creek Park. Halfway between Homer and Seward this is an ideal base location to experience and explore all the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. The space is freshly remodeled; clean, bright, and spacious.
