Nadia and John’s place is absolutely private. I felt pleasantly at home, they are so hospitable and helpful. Everything is in the apartment (washer & dryer), oven (was able to make pizza😉), stove, utensils, wine glass, etc! They provided a lot of things when we were running low such as dish soap, paper towel, and garbage bags. Also, what I appreciate the most is they made sure we were doing fine everytime. One time I forgot my keys, and they were there to help me get in without any hassle. So friendly (I like their small dog) and kind. Will definitely come back and/or recommend this place!!! Thanks for the hospitality!!

This place was perfect in every way. The apartment was well equipped, modern, pristine and luxurious with a beautiful view of the Saint Lawrence. Loved the backyard with the string lights, fire pit and hot tub! Appreciated how responsive our host, Justin, was. It was even better than home away from home. Loved that we were able to make home cooked meals and play boardgames with the family. Hope we have another hockey tournament soon in Cornwall so we can book again! 10 out of 10

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Dave sehr genossen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber mit dem Auto ist Québec Stadt sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Monique’s haven is a gem and I have recommended it to family and friends. Would gladly stay there again!

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

I wasn't in the space for long but if I was in the area for an extended period of time this location is perfect for a couple to stay as their home away from home.

Great stay! If you’re a light sleeper, use the downstairs bed (upstairs bed squeaks when rolling/climbing in and out). Huge shower, clean spaces, wonderful living area. Not too much privacy with neighbours outside, but very relaxed neighbourhood. Sauna and hot tub were clean and warm and felt like a private spa! Only an hour/1.5 from Montreal so good for folks who’d rather stay somewhere quieter. Definitely recommend for a peaceful get-away in a cabin-y environment
