Great place, clean and located near to many local attraction. We arrive there at 2am, Allan give us clear instructions hence the smooth check in. There's a security guard at lobby helps me bring our luggage to the unit house as he saw me picking up my sleeping son. Everyone around are very helpful, great local people.

My booking was really last minute yet Mr Bryson was very considerate and responsive. Stay was pleasant and strategic location. It was value for money. The property seems to be people’s choice so yes the lift usage during checkouts is very heavy but manageable if plan ahead and with some luck. Overall I would recommend this listing of Mr Bryson’s. Thank you once again.

Overall experience for staying here is good and nice, the place is clean and tidy, we feel very comfortable when we stay inside.

We booked this very last minute however we really enjoyed the stay! Host was very responsive and accommodated us despite the very very short notice! Beautiful view from the balcony with natural lighting and it made us feel just right at home and comfortable! Location is near malls as well as street food! Even taking a ride to central of Georgetown is just 15mins away which is decent! Highly recommend!!

The place is very clean & cozy. The host is very responsive. Would really recommend to stay here. The parking is right in front of the lift which is less hassle if you have kids! Love it here

Homestay sangat selesa.. mmg sesuai utk yg bawak family dan ada anak ramai. Nak check in mudah dan check out pun flexible. Bilik semua selesa.. semua kemudahan berfungsi dgn baik. Owner pun reply pantas dan mudah berurusan. Tq sudi terima saya dan keluarga 👍🏻

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!

Perfect location with affordable price. Easy to access into the house.

Although the unit is a bit pricey but we never regret staying for 4 nights. The location is good, quiet, interior simple and practical in design. Apple is very responsive and helpful. She made sure that our stay was good and kept checking on us to ensure everything was OK. We requested for checkin for my seniors, although it was not possible Apple explained and kept updating us on the progress of cleaning. I surely will recommend my friends to stay in this unit if they ever come to Penang or we will to visit Penang again. Thank you Apple. Thumbs up for you.

clean & big house. fully aircond. toilet bathroom and room very comfortable. helpful & friendly host. there are set of kitchen utensil for muslim. its just like our own house. i will book again when travel to penang 🙂

Had an amazing stay at this apartment in George Town! The place is super spacious and clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. The view is honestly incredible, especially of the city and KOMTAR. The host was really friendly and gave us awesome food tips, plus they were super attentive to all the little details. Totally recommend if you’re heading to Penang!

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
