Das Wohnzimmer ist bestückt mit einem alten Holzofen, der von der Küche aus eingefeuert wird. Die Küche und das Bad haben eine komfortable Bodenheizung. Eine originale Mauer aus dem 16. Jahrhundert ziert das grosse Schlafzimmer, das kleine lädt mit seiner Fensternische zu gemütlichem Verweilen ein.

Schmitten liegt auf einer Sonnenterrasse über dem Landwasser-Viadukt, dem Wahrzeichen der Rhätischen Bahn, im "Park Ela" dem grössten Naturpark der Schweiz mit unbegrenzten Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.
