This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.

Old School Beach Cottage-Oceanside Condo

80 steps to a private beach - no highway crossing. This beach does NOT have lifeguards. The condo is great for small families or a couple that wants a little more room and is not fancy on purpose. There is no granite and the only stainless is the kitchen sink, My favorite reviews have included; ‘super-beachy vibe’, ‘cute’ and ‘magical’. Some people just get it. This is a simple, 3 seasons kind of joint.
