This is not just our workplace, our Farm in a Plateau just a 10-minute drive from Noto, it's our home, bordering on a Natural reserve and in front of an archeological site, we're thrilled to share this experience with you. Regenerative agriculture and traditional practice are both in the field and in the kitchen, with old recipes, and traditional ways to make it with the proper ingredients. We will bike around the East Coast of Sicily, where the ancient Greeks used to live here centuries and centuries ago! This is the main reason why this area is called "Magna Grecia", that is to say, the Italian colonies of ancient Greece. If you like outdoor sports and you want to experience the perfect weather in Sicily, come and ride! During this half-day experience, we will see together hidden gems of the area, such as a greek temple, abandoned fields, amazing beaches. (We Can arrange different hours, ask please) the ride is approximately 3 hours long, but don't be afraid of your biking level, we don't push too hard :-) Other things to note This experience depends on the weather conditions. If it rains heavily or if it is too windy, the experience could be canceled.

We use rigid SUP boards, stable and professionals equipments, not the poor quality inflatables, if it’s your first time on a Stand up Paddle and you are willing to have a total summery experience, this is the right one for you! (ASK FOR DIFFERENT HOURS OF THE DAY WE CAN MAKE AT Sunrise or Sunset or whenever you want ) Depends on wind and sea conditions. We'll meet at the Siracusa small port. From there, depending on the wind and on the weather conditions, we will go around the famous Ortigia island or straight to the caves. Ortigia is one of the most characteristic islands of the Sicilian East Coast and you can have an amazing view over the entire ancient harbor and castle of Siracusa from the sea! I exceptionally decided to give you an option: If the day is good for waves, we can transform our SUP experience into a surfing one, going to the closest surfing spot - it's up to you! This half day cruise aboard the charming classic sail boat Fiesta II is a very relaxing and romantic way to spend an afternoon on the water in the magical town of Ortigia. We usually sail in the afternoon along Siracusa coast line and within the marine sanctuary of Plemmirio where the water is always warm enough for a dip to refresh or to explore the coves. During the sailing I would like you to help me trying your hand at ruddering Fiesta II and trimming the sails with me, as part of the crew. We eventually celebrate the sunset ritual getting anchored in the bay in front of the castle with a rich aperitif based on local wines and food provided by farmers and producers. The boat is a 38 feet Carol Ketch built in France according to the original plans of the american designer John Hanna by 1922. The boat is charming and well maintained with enough space for groups up to ten people. Cabin, head and deck-shower are available on board, we provide snorkel gears and towels as well. This experience is for everyone and it is a different way to relax and, at the same time, live the sea for one day. Let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs. This is also an environmentally friendly sea experience.

Escursione sull'Etna in jeep autorizzate e trekking per visitare crateri,Grotte e l'ultima eruzione. Il tour è adatto a tutti . Partiamo dal nostro punto d'incontro con comode jeep o minivan 4×4, in direzione etna nord est, dopo un paio di km ci fermeremo all'interno del Parco Nazionale accessibile con guida autorizzata,poiché ci sono circa 45 crateri laterali. Dopo una passeggiata di circa 40 minuti visiteremo 5 crateri, uno dei quali è ancora aperto e si potrà ammirare la dimensione reale di un cratere. In questa zona osserveremo tutti i tipi di lava, minerali, deserto vulcanico e piante pioniere del nostro vulcano. Dopo aver visitato i crateri,con la nostra jeep faremo 2 km di fuoristrada per scoprire l'ultima grande eruzione che distrusse il vecchio centro turistico. Infine con lampade frontali fornite da noi visiteremo dei piccoli crateri all'interno (grotta) e una frattura che divide l'Etna in 2 parti. La visita sarà effettuata in aree di interesse vulcanologico e scientifico. IMPORTANTE: Prima di prenotare verificate se abbiamo disponibilità scrivendo un messaggio. Se siete senza mezzo di trasporto dal lunedi al sabato c'è un autobus a pagamento che da Catania vi porterà direttamente nel nostro meeting point. Questa esperienza è rivolta a coloro che preferiscono tour non troppo impegnativi fisicamente e gustare quanto di buone offre il territorio etneo. Trascorreremo una giornata sul vulcano attivo più alto d'Europa. Conosceremo i suoi aspetti naturalistici e folkloristici e assaggeremo alcuni dei suoi peculiari prodotti gastronomici. Dopo esserci incontrati presso il punto di incontro a Siracusa ci dirigeremo verso il rifugio Sapienza, qui faremo una breve sosta prima di iniziare l'escursione Cammineremo per circa 1,5/2 ore sul bordo di crateri laterali ormai spenti fino a una quota massima di circa 2000m dove godremo di una vista mozzafiato e conosceremo le peculiarità naturalistiche del vulcano Etna La seconda tappa sarà la visita di una suggestiva grotta vulcanica, entreremo all'interno di un caratteristico tunnel lavico formato dallo scorrere di lave fluide La terza ed ultima tappa sarà una degustazione di sfiziosi prodotti tipici siciliani presso una azienda locale con un elegante stile etneo Gruppo minimo 2 persone Cerchi una vera e propria esperienza di trekking? Ci ritroveremo presso l’infopoint Syracuse Excursion e da lì saliremo in barca.partendo dallo spettacolare canale di ortigia andremo a visitare l’intera costa di Siracusa da nord a sud. Le belle paesaggistiche e storiche vi lasceranno senza fiato. Cullati dalla barca e dal profumo del mare ci addentreremo tra le rocciose coste della parte nord e sud della costa di Siracusa. Immancabile ovviamente la sosta per fare un bagno nelle cristalline acque.

Il Tour giornaliero dell'Etna si contraddistingue per essere una proposta esclusiva per tutti gli ospiti che desiderano scoprire il vulcano ed i suoi aspetti unici e sensazionali. Dopo aver incontrato i miei ospiti nel punto stabilito partiremo in auto in direzione Etna, il tempo di percorrenza è di circa 1 ora e 15 minuti. Arrivati al Parco dell'Etna, prima di iniziare l'escursione faremo delle pause fotografiche e insieme scopriremo le prime curiosità delle colate laviche. Guideró i miei ospiti in un trekking di circa 2 ore tra i crateri inattivi, sentieri vulcanici e panorami unici. Insieme degusteremo i vini e piatti tipici siciliani in una delle piú caratteristiche cantine nei pressi dell'Etna.

Sono Manuela e ti darò il benvenuto nella nostra azienda agricola di famiglia che si trova in una cava di pietra riqualificata. Faremo una passeggiata nei nostri campi per riconoscere le piante spontanee, i fiori eduli e raccogliere i frutti che utilizzeremo per preparare un autentico pasto siciliano. Al rientro dalla passeggiata metteremo le mani in pasta utilizzando le nostre farine integrali di grano antico siciliano molito a pietra per la pasta fresca. Prepareremo i "cavatelli", una pasta fresca condita con salse di stagione che degusteremo insieme al nostro vino naturale e un dolce tipico siciliano che ti insegnerò a preparare accompagnato dalle grappe della casa.
