Extremely grateful to Tony for organising the house at the last minute for my birthday getaway. The photos truly don’t do it justice — the experience is so much more than we expected. The vast mountains surrounding the property are absolutely magical. Every detail in the house is simple yet thoughtfully chosen, creating a cosy and unique atmosphere. The story behind the house is incredible — we could really feel the love and effort that went into building it. So grateful that Tony opened his doors for others to experience this special place. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Sutton Lodge. Spacious, welcoming and with everything you need and more. Positioned within walking distance to Curtis Falls and the Gallery Walk. Beautiful house in tranquil surroundings. Highly recommend!

Matt's place was fantastic. Beautiful views, comfortable house with plenty of things to do. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the pool is beautiful. Palm Beach has plenty to offer, but staying at the house all day was preferred. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and great that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Especially lovely that it is a short stroll to the Botanic Gardens. Beautiful!

The Edges location was something else with the cascading stream hugging the property only to then plummet off the escarpment right in its back yard. Great big rooms with quality ensuites and fittings. Views of the valley stretching out below toward the sea. Brilliant!

We had a lovely 3 day stay with our 3 generation family group for our daughters wedding at a nearbyTamborine venue. The home was a great location, peaceful and quiet. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen was very well equipped. The home is spacious throughout and furniture Is quality. It ticked all the boxes and would definitely recommend!

We had such a lovely birthday getaway with our friends. There was plenty of space. We had the children upstairs with their own entertainment area. Parents utilised downstairs with the amazingly stocked kitchen. The stove and oven were wonderful to cook with. My dream set up really. We played board games and enjoyed the cozy fire. Falling asleep to the beautiful sounds of nature with a running stream. The views were amazing both at night and especially for sunrise. We had a couple of minor issues that we were helped with very promptly by the downstairs couple that were super friendly.

Wonderful location in Surfers paradise, amazing views. Can’t fault the place and Yogi was a pleasure to deal with. Would stay again

We always enjoy our annual trip to Hayden’s place at Sky Lodge. Usually we book the studio apartment but this time we booked the one bedroom apartment and we had the best time. Unbeatable views and great amenities. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and spacious lounge area and soaking in the stunning views. Kitchen was ample to be able to cook anything we needed to. Great communication and flexibility with early check in provided. We will be back again next year.

Very close to the beach and much more spacious than we expected. The kitchen is very well appointed. We walked to the beach, Tallebudgera creek and Burleigh Heads to enjoy the nature. It was also really handy having two sets of keys. Parking was a bit tricky at times but I think that’s the case most places in the area. I would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

This apartment was a great stay. Even though the hotel itself is a little dated the apartment is far from that. Very nicely renovated and is such a convenient location if wanting to embrace the full Gold Coast experience

I was so amazed when I arrived at this beautiful location. Vanessa is an amazing host who is very accommodating, she really went above and beyond. It felt like we were taken care of with the best possible experience. The location was paradise, a real gem. Thanks so much Vanessa! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we booked, June was extremely communicative, quick to respond and very accommodating to our requests which made the whole process so smooth and welcoming. The property itself was absolutely stunning. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The villa was spotless, luxurious and incredibly spacious with gorgeous indoor and outdoor areas perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We especially loved the media room and the outdoor gazebo. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat and having so much space meant everyone in our group was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with a big group. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Amazing home for our 2 families of 10! Fantastic home in an ideal location ~ close to great cafes, restaurants and great beaches. The home was absolutely perfect with lots of added extras including pantry items, cleaning products, coffee pods and beach towels. The kids had an amazing time using the bikes, paddle boards and canoes left for us to use. Our host Keisha was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to our questions. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you 😊

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.

This was an amazing house in an ideal location, close to theme parks, restaurants, harbour town and has a beautiful pool. Lots of room for our family of 6 and Mel was an excellent host and communicated quickly, friendly and was really helpful. Although this is their home not a professional Air Bnb the house is very clean, inviting and clutter free when you arrive and doesn’t feel as though you are invading someone else’s space. Easy parking, entry and had everything we needed for a great 7 night stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home and we hope you felt assured we respected it and cared for it like our own. Bek, Melanie and kids.

very clean and fresh inside out. close to everything but in a quite street with all the amenities you need. kids loved going to budds beach which is 50meters away! absolutely worth it. 5 stars.

We had a lovely stay. Very much enjoyed the tranquility and stunning view that is even better in real life. Hosts very friendly. The place was pristine and of high quality. Keep in mind only kitchen sink aside from bathroom is outside near spa. Keep lights low at night in warmer months otherwise so many flying bugs take over outdoors 😅 stunning spot and hope to stay again.

I don’t even know where to start. From check in right through to when we left was just the most amazing experience we have had in an airbnb. We felt right at home with the friendly hosts. The glasshouse was magical and although it was raining the whole time, it didn’t hinder our experience one bit. Every detail was very well thought through from the layout of the home to the extra homely touches found throughout, you don’t have to bring anything with you. I very much recommend staying here and we will most definitely will stay there again.
