You have complete privacy with your own access to & from the apartment. The house is new with everything you need to make you feel at home. Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our air conditioned, pet friendly unit is a private separate space with your own entrance, lounge room, bedroom with ensuite and garden and outdoor BBQ dining area. We are near Lake Weyba which has lovely walking tracks .There is a walking trail through the National Park to Peregian Beach (3kms). A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

It's perfectly compact (25msq); right in my backyard, with direct access to the pool, where you can unwind or take a refreshing dip. A friendly Labrador (dog) roams the premises, bringing a bit of charm & cheer to the setting. Sorry, no children allowed due to direct pool access. It's a charming retreat for two to relax and unwind.
