Charming rustic studio for nature lover

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Looking for the perfect spot to stay for Parents weekend or just to visit campus. This renovated cottage is the place to be. Besides the 3 beds and 2 full baths, it features a backyard made for playing. Practice your golf swing, relax around the firepit or in the hot tub. There is a TV on the screen porch to catch a movie or game while enjoying the amenities. Plenty of parking. just a 10 min walk to all the eateries in 5 Points. Towels and linens are provided. Backyard trail leads to Harris Shoals park. Take a hike on the trail to the beautiful shoals.
