If you are visiting DC, walk to Iwo Jima Memorial, or cross the Key Bridge to Georgetown, or simply walk to Rosslyn Metro and take take the subway to the National Mall.

2 blocks away from Rosslyn metro with easy access to DC by metro, bus, or on foot! Walk over Key Bridge to Georgetown where a plethora of restaurants, bars, shops, and the trendiest spots in town await you. Full-service apartment complex with security, front desk, laundry, grill, outdoor pool, and gym (only for long-term tenants with minimum 3-month lease). There are onsite convenience store and salon. Parking spot MAY be available for additional $200/month. Please inquire.

Welcome to my studio! Providing easy access to DC and all Arlington neighborhoods, it’s perfect for any student or traveling professional! It’s an 8 min walk to the Rosslyn Metro Station, a 15 min walk into Georgetown, and conveniently located close to various restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores. A 10 min drive from both George Washington University/Hospital and Georgetown University/Hospital, and < 30 min drive to all other major hospitals in the DC area.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently not used and remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor
