Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Drop your bags, sweep open the double doors leading to the patio and settle in to an amphitheatrical view of mountain and sea! The property consists of a series of terraces ideal for al fresco dining, lounging, and unparalleled sunset views. During the day you can expect fly-bys by the local crows unique to the island and after the sun sets, moonlit visits from the valley sheep.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

Sunny suite in a neoclassical 1870 town house

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Fully equipped one-bedroom apartment with frontal sea view. One double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-pits), bathroom with bathtub , washing machine, private terrace with chairs and table.
