We enjoyed this property very much. It is a very spacious home and could easily accommodate 6 people. Each of Rutgers bedrooms has its own air conditioning but the living/kitchen areas did not. This was a little tough since it’s so hot in Samoa but also it’s most needed at night when sleeping m. Fairly well stocked kitchen but needs a colander & additional puts as well as an updated dish drainer. Stove as well needs to be updated. We were a little afraid to use the gas burners but our host came down to show us how. Washer/dryer was great to have & host even provided laundry soap. Clothes line outside. Lots of hand soap, toilet paper, insect repellent , provided. All rooms have ceiling fans which is wonderful. All windows screened &also had security screens. Towels were thick and fluffy, all beds had good linen but just sheets as weather is hot here! Lots of pillows too. We highly recommend this property & would stay again. Compound had friendly dogs as well!

Madeline’s home was exactly what our group of six needed! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The dogs were a lovely bonus as they made us feel safe and added to the cozy atmosphere. Madeline was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience feel like staying with family. We’d 100% recommend her place and will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed our time in Abby’s house. The house is private. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants (just unfortunate most were closed at Easter). It was an easy drive to Palolo deep and the centre of Apia.

Jane was a great, responsive host. There were some issues with the appliances, but Jane was always quick to help solve whatever issues we had. Thank you for hosting my family Jane!

**Better than the Taumeasina Resort** Excellent accomodation, amenities, location, outdoor space and accessibility to the ocean! Prompt communication from a friendly host. Ladesha accommodated our very late arrival after midnight, welcoming us with a kind smile. Can’t rave about this booking spot enough … the best experience here 🩵 Highly recommend :)

⸻ Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Meredith Residence! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Agnes was incredibly gracious, especially with our delayed arrival. Her local team was there to warmly welcome us, which made us feel right at home. We were also offered a later checkout, which was a huge help and much appreciated. The property is comfortable, peaceful, and private—perfect for anyone seeking a home-away-from-home while holidaying in Samoa. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot yet still conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and just a short drive from central Apia. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Smiley and her family for this great accomodation. Really loved the communication and the place was perfect. So clean and nice quiet place. Would really recommend this place to anyone as great hosts.

We loved our stay here at Salz beautiful place, it was well equipped, spacious and comfy! - Ample towels, blankets etc - Fully fenced, private, secure - Air cons working perfectly - Great outdoor spaces - Close to shops/supermarkets and town was a bonus and many more…. Loved it. Spacious, clean, really nice renovations to the kitchen. Great outdoor view from the back deck. Owner was so accommodating in moving me to the Vailima unit as it's ground level and due to my bad ankle.

Thank you Viona and Holiday Homes Team for letting me hideaway in your beautiful Palm Studio in Vaitele . Really loved it minus the aircon hiccup but it wasn't that hot so survived with the fan. Will definitely book more stays with the Holiday Homes Team.

I spent 5 nights at the Holiday Homes Team's Villa-2 and loved it! The space was very comfortable for myself; everything you'd need is readily available - Kitchenette, Laundry, comfy bed, Netflix and a modern shower & bathroom (seemed quite new). The Villa is conveniently located just a short drive from town but away from the hustle and bustle of Apia - lovely neighbourhood, entrance to the villas is well lit and I felt safe being a solo traveler. The detailed instructions provided made for an easy drive to locate the property and check-in which was appreciated as I had arrived after 7pm. There is also a well stocked corner shop a short walk from the property for any essentials needed. The host is super responsive and promptly answered any queries I had. I would definitely book Villa-2 again

Although there were slight issues when trying to get in. The owner communicated very well throughout my stay and was extremely helpful. was also very clean and a nice room to stay in. Would recommend. However there were lots of stray dogs round this area, this is clearly a wider problem for Samoa.

Such a great place. The only thing was that the walls are thin so you can hear sounds from the next room. However, it wasn’t too much of an issue for me since the rooms met every other expectation. They were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great too. I would definitely stay here again.
