It's a 30-minute walk to the beach, 25 minutes to James Street with all the bars and restaurants and 5 minutes to Stockland's Shopping center. Raymond House is located just off Main Street close to a range of coffee shops and restaurants. The two bedroom cottage (and study) is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

The property is approximately 1.25hrs drive from Brisbane CBD (1.5hrs from Brisbane airport) and just under 1 hr from the Gold Coast airport. Gold Coast beaches approx. 40mins from the house.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
