Great place, good location. 30 min walk into the centre, but also really easy access to countryside and walks. Driveway big enough for 3 cars. Would stay again.

Amanda has been a wonderful host, great communication and wonderful welcome gifts for our stay. The house is spacious and homely, incredibly comfy beds and a short distance from the beach. Thank you Amanda for a lovely stay, we will be back!

A wonderful bright and airy home from home. Very comfortable and relaxing. The hidden front room was a particular highlight. Would recommend highly.

we stayed in this lovely little house with our teenage son and our dog. The house is clean and cosy and lots of amenities. The beds were very comfy and had TVs in the rooms. Location was great very near the beach and a little shop to grab bits and bobs and also short walk to pubs across the road for food etc. We really liked the welcome pack which was very thoughtful. Thanks and would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben mit unseren kleinen Kindern einige Tage bei Elaine verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und voll ausgestattet. Besonders das voll ausgestattete Kinderzimmer war für unser Kinder ein absolutes Highlight.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location The property is set in a stunning location and was spotless on arrival. There’s such lovely attention to detail throughout — from the tasteful decor to the thoughtful extras like milk, spreads, biscuits, and a selection of posh teas and coffee. The space feels both spacious and cosy, and it's fully equipped with everything you might need. A truly welcoming and comfortable place to stay! All four of us (two humans and two doggos) would highly recommend.

Lovely little place, very private and walkable to all local amenities. 10 minutes walk to the Metro station is really good as you can access lots of places without the need for a car. Two very nice pubs a short walk from accommodation that offers reasonably priced food and drinks.

Jordan was a fabulous host his communication from start to finish was so friendly and prompt and the flat was exactly as described , beautifully presented and immaculate . The views over the Tyne are lovely and it is about a 30 minute walk along to the great bars and restaurants along the quayside so you are away from the bustle in a quiet residential area . We were there for the unforgettable Caraboa Cup celebrations and could easily walk up into town , one of my highlights was a run along the quayside seeing the iconic landmarks in the early morning . Thank you Jordan for the thoughtful goodies on arrival ! Highly recommend this stylish and comfortable property and we hope to make a return visit .

Niel‘s place was great, a secure and quiet location and Niel and Karen were friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was perfect for the two of us for a short visit. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant self-contained unit. Absolutely spotless inside. Lots of nice touches - fresh bread, milk, water, coffee, tea etc. Peaceful overnight sleep. Could easily stay a week here with all the facilities. Easy check-in and about a 20 minute drive back into Newcastle. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks Linda!

The penthouse suite was absolutely perfect for our stay! We will definitely look to book it again for our next visit. Plenty of space for the 5 of us, and it was nice to be able to cook and do laundry. The view was amazing, and we even saw dolphins!

Such a perfect property for a getaway in Newcastle. We thank Kristopher so much for the stay! The house was gorgeous and spotless, nice and modern with a private garden and hottub. It's on a lovely street and we walked straight into the city centre from here. Check in instructions were clear. We'd absolutely stay here again instead of a hotel next time we visit ❤️

Thank you Lynn for a wonderful 4 days at your apartment. Bringing my mum and dad back to Sunderland after years away has been made so much nicer by having a perfect place to say. Communication has been excellent since the day I booked to the day you met us when we arrived. Seeing my parents smiles when we walked in told me I had made the right choice, you were so welcoming and the views from the living room are amazing, everything was fantastic and your advice on where to go for the football was perfect 👌🏻 Communication has been excellent and it was so good to meet you on our arrival, hopefully we will return in the near future as there are still many places to return to for more reminiscing.

I had a lovely stay! The place was cozy, very clean, and overall a really nice space to relax in. Although there’s only a kitchenette, the host kindly let me use their kitchen when I asked, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!

Excellent apartment, very well appointed and had everything we needed. Great location being close to all amenities and car park directly opposite apartment. Really good communication with Brian, he was really helpful. Would love to stay again when next in Newcastle😊
