He housed circus animals in huge barns in Lancaster during winter. The apartment is above a small cafe. The private entrance is at the top of an iron staircase in the back The balcony at the top provides a peaceful resting place and view of the town. Parking is located in back, where there is a covered patio for your use.

Fishing includes muskie, crappie, bass, channel catfish, blue catfish, and carp. Deer and turkey are plentiful for viewing.
