The condo has a swimming pool (used from May-October and special holidays) and green area. The apartment: - One bedroom with double bed, window and closet. Just 10 min walking to the beautiful beach of Falesia, with supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops within 5 min walk. This is a quiet place for a relaxing holiday. Although conveniently located within a 10 min drive from Albufeira and Vilamoura, with summer shops, bars and clubs, the pine tree forest is a low construction green area. The coast of Falesia beach is only occupied by Sheraton and Pine Cliffs luxury resorts. The beach is so long that it never gets overcrowded. The coastline and the surrounding countryside can be explored either on foot or by bicycle.

Apartamento muito bonito, localizado em condomínio 5 estrelas, 2 piscinas, campo de ténis e garagem a 650 metros da praia dos Olhos de Água. 1º andar com escadas, está bem equipado com tudo o que faz falta numa casa. Quarto com cama casal grande 160x200, sala com 2 camas de solteiro no sofá, uma em cima e outra na gaveta em baixo. Varanda voltada a poente com mesa e cadeiras.

Our space is near to restaurants, shops, nightlife, oldtown, public transportation, and parks. But at the same time is locate in a very calm area. You will love this space because of the location, the views, the private pool with the surrounding green space. My space is good for families (with children) and large groups.
