Gaios Harbour Overview

Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..

Διαθέτει σύγχρονες οικιακές συσκευές (ψυγείο, κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα). Για το χειμώνα, υπάρχει λειτουργικό τζάκι. Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.

Στούντιο δίπλα στο πανεπιστήμιο και το νοσοκομείο

Ένα ωραιότατο στούντιο περιμένει να σας φιλοξενήσει στο Άνω Νεοχωρόπουλο Ιωαννίνων. Ευάερο και ευήλιο και δροσερό, με μπαλκόνι που βλέπει σε καταπράσινο κήπο και θέα στο βουνό. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο και το Πανεπιστήμιο, τόσο που η πρόσβαση γίνεται και περπατώντας. Για το κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχουν συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείου από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Η περιοχή είναι μέσα στη φύση, ήρεμη και ευνοεί τη χαλάρωση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αυτόνομο με δική του είσοδο.
