The Little Garden Pod is your own independent private oasis set at the rear of a beautiful & established garden It’s a heavily insulated bedroom with HD Google TV, Netflix, WiFi, reverse cycle split system, Ikea Poang chair & Queen size Murphy bed which converts into a wall mounted breakfast table Perfect as a base for a few nights while in town for work or to simply enjoy exploring the area. The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

With a large lounge, spacious bedroom, kitchen, laundry & bathroom, your house includes polished hardwood floorboards and has been freshly painted and tiled. Located in quiet area above the Waurn Ponds walk/bike track, it's just a few minutes from the Surf Coast Highway, Colac Rd, Geelong Ring Road, Epworth Hospital, Deakin University, Waurn Ponds Shopping precinct, Belmont Villiage, Grovedale Hotel, etc.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

The river end of Belmont (An entire 2Bedroom Unit)

Modest self-contained unit underneath a family home. This is an entire unit with 5 single beds - not as economical if you have only 2 guests. 200m From lovely river walks. 10min from cafes and shops. 10min drive to Geelong centre. All occupants are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children 2 years and under. Please request a waterproof underlay for those who might need them. Checkin starts from 5pm Please specify an approximate check-in time when booking.
