The place was so beautiful and well designed. Marie and the owner went through a lot of effort to make the apartment feel comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked with all the pots and pans you might need along with so many kitchen staples which are annoying to buy for just a quick trip.

We were in the area for a concert and needed a place to get ready before and crash after. This place was perfect for that. The bed was comfy. The A/C started having some issues so I messaged Amanda. Her husband was there within minutes to help! Our comfort was their main concern. I really appreciated that. He even installed a window unit in the bedroom so we would be cool for the night! As a home owner myself, I understand things happen that are beyond our control. They delt with it quickly and efficiently. As stated in the listing, it is an old house, it is upstairs (someone. with mobility issues might have trouble), and the check out time is 9. None of that was a problem for us. It was clean, close to downtown and a great value.

Again a five star resort stay. This is my fourth visit. From Windsor originally, I love old Walkerville and this sure tops a hotel. Zachary and Victoria are amazing hosts. I will stay here always. The stove wasn’t working… an hour later, new stove. Thanks again

Our stay was great! It was very clean with a cozy feel. Perfect set up with a full bath for each bedroom. My husband and I both thought the bedding and bed itself were very comfy. Love the balcony too. Ubered to Ford Field and dining. I would stay again.

The place was as described in the photos. Very clean, and the scent was amazing when you walk in. The walls were a little bit thin. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around some of the time, but this did not affect my sleep. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.

Beautiful home near downtown Detroit. Bree was responsive and friendly. Loved it!

Fantastic place with a fantastic host. Super responsive and was able to accommodate us last minute after another air bnb we arrived at was disgusting. House was very nice and perfect for our stay, backyard was great for our 2 dogs! This will be my place to stay when I travel to my home town from now on! House was walkable to many great bars and restaurants but was still in a private area away from the main road so it felt very safe!

Two colleagues and I enjoyed our stay (nine nights) very much. The house was as described, modern furniture, very bright, clean & well equipped. We even had a nice welcome basket with tasty nibbles and wine and a personal welcome card :-). The location is very good, easy (and safe) to walk to downtown restaurants. The Supermarket around the corner was very convenient, not to forget "Crispellys" bakery :-) As it has been a business stay, we were happy with the individual work space/table in each bedroom. Wifi was very good. Our host Martine was always very friendly & helpful, shared many information and reacted very quickly. While we had some issues with the heating in parts of the house, she arranged immediately for a technician to come, even on Sunday. Shame we could not use the nice and inviting back yard due to the winter/cold, this would have been perfect (so summer is a much better time to enjoy everything in & around the house). We would definitely stay there again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful place! We were in town for my Dad’s celebration of life. We were able to fit our entire family of 12 - 8 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. What was more amazing was that there were enough towels, dishes etc for everyone. You do not see that at all AirBnb places. We lacked for nothing! While it seemed pricey at first..the value compared to hotel rooms for 3 nights for 12 plus the added values of a kitchen and outdoor space made it perfect! Thanks to our wonderful hosts who responded immediately to emails or text! Just a wonderful experience!!!

Will need some safety updates in the basement, as we lost the power in the kitchen, we went down to the switch board, no light in the area, closet doors are falling apart. No mention about more garbage bags. Otherwise everything good.

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

Everyone should take advantage of the beautiful backyard. Patio table and chairs, bar area, neat and tidy five bedrooms and full basement.

I booked the space for relatives who were coming into town from the east coast for my mother's funeral. They were delighted with the place and said everything was great. I was preoccupied with family and making funeral arrangements, but as very discerning east coasters they only had great things to say about Alicia's space so I think that speaks for itself! We have another family gathering coming up during the summer and they said that Alicia's place would be a definite "Yes" for summer accommodations. They had not one negative thing to say.

We had a pleasant stay, it had a beautifully appointed kitchen, all amenities were included, laundry and workout area a plus. Very attentive owner. Would stay again.

Nice interior and easy check in/out experience! It was a good location for us to get around and close to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater.

Clean comfortable furnishings with all the amenities. Relaxing time in a quiet safe neighborhood. Austin was a great host and responsive to our needs. Will definitely book again.

We loved our stay at Justin’s. It was perfect for our family. I appreciated the space and everything that was available to use! My daughter and I took advantage of pelaton which was great! It was close to everything which was also perfect! Thanks Justin! for answering all my questions quickly!

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

I love this place in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Perfect for 1 person or a couple - love the private rooftop deck. The only disappointment I had was the TV situation. I go to visit my son's family so I am gone from the Airbnb from 7:30 AM to 9 PM. When I get back at 9PM, I'd like to watch an hour of TV. All this condo has is Tivo which has a ton of commercials and only old syndicated shows as far as I can tell. Maybe I'm missing something but that is how it seemed to me.

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.
