Our ground floor 2 bedroom unit is cosy and comfortable which was built in 1970s. It is surrounded by trees and greenery. It has all the facilities required to make the stay comfortable. It is close to public transport, Footscray Park, Victoria University, Western Private Hospital, McDonald's. There are plenty of food places within 15 minutes walk either for dining or for other amenities. CBD is only 15 minutes drive.
