This comfy bungalow is close to the best of Pensacola —5 minutes to downtown, 9 to the Bay Center, 10 to NAS, and 20 to Pensacola Beach. The surf bungalow has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a carport and driveway space for two cars, and a fully fenced yard for up to two pets, limited to 25 pounds or less. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or staying a while, the bungalow is set up with everything you need to feel at home. Good vibes, comfortable, and close to it all!

The Oar House seafood restaurant is 1 block away & Bahia Mar Marina is directly across the street. The house is close to the downtown historical district, beaches, museums, restaurants/bars, the Wahoos Stadium & Pensacola NAS is 4 miles away. The house includes a FULL kitchen, fenced-in backyard with a shower and fish-cleaning area. All guests are welcome!

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
