The Rock Retreat

This beautiful log cabin, previously known as Indian Creek Cabin, has been an important part of the Hanging Rock Community for many years. It began as the Hanging Rock Outdoor Center. The Cabin on Big Creek is a unique spot, private, with singing water on three sides. The creek is wide, accessible, kid-friendly. Queen bed and double futon. Minutes from HRSP, paddling, mountain biking. This is a hybrid between comfort and “glamping.” No WiFi, no cable, no TV. The hot & cold water sink and shower are outside. The toilet is an outhouse. Dog-friendly, $50 fee added in reservation. Pet disclosure is required and important. Bedding is provided, bring your own towels.
