The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

Bay View Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfectly situated right on the Te Araroa Trail, this is your ideal base for access to beautiful coastlines, gorgeous beaches and impressive local walks. The famous Mt Manaia trail is accessed right from the property, as is Mt Aubrey and the local coastal loop walk.  The cottage is situated on an acre of land which includes grassy areas, native trees and  a small pond. It's a short walk down the road to a small beach with old pohutukawa trees.

Heritage style cottage with elevated bush, mountain, and sea views. Bird song include tui, kaka, rosella, quail, and kereru. Wake to Mt Manaia and surrounding mountains as well as a view of the bay. Located just 20 mins from Whangarei city, 1 min to Parua Bay village, (4 Square, 2 x cafes, bottle store, and garage). The famous Parua Bay family Tavern, boat ramp and golf course are located just down the road. Beautiful beaches, famous walks/hikes, diving and fishing are all within easy driving.
