This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

It was our second visit to Travis's place. Like the time before, the apartment was very clean. The location is near all amenities including restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The backyard is a nice plus when you're in an urban area. We had a great stay - thank you Travis!

We had a great stay at Kitty’s beach house, which is exactly as described. The beds are super comfortable, very clean & within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. I really enjoyed the massage chair in the living room too. Kitty is a kind & accommodating person who answered text messages very quickly. You cannot go wrong selecting this property for your beach stay.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

Such a great place to stay in a very convenient location! Looking forward to visiting NJ again!

This was an excellent stay. We were able to walk to the beach peacefully and safely to watch the sunrise and sunset. Great get away.

Cozy beds, well-stocked kitchen, nice appliances, good shower, private parking, quiet neighborhood, responded even when we needed to message at midnight and was willing to fix something in the middle of the night (which we declined, but appreciated)

We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

I don’t know if a review can adequately describe how kind and helpful Heidi was a host. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I could not recommend Heidi as a host enough and the cottage was even more charming than advertised. Can’t thank her enough for all she did.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

What a memorable trip!! The house is amazing, especially the unforgettable pool, the yard, and the farm nextdoor! It was a wonderland for my family, including 2 year old. The bus to a main retail area of Princeton was also an easy short walk from the house, which made it convenient. Geoff truly goes above and beyond as a host, not just making sure everything is ok and keeping up with lots of upkeep, but curating a fun experience. Felt like family! We loved this perfect get away and would love to see it in different seasons. It is as good or better than the pictures show! Thank you so much, Geoff!

The apartment was very nice and fully equipped for our stay. The Path station to NYC was 5 minutes away by walking and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The staff was always nice and available, really appreciated the reception 24/7. The residence was really wonderful and there was plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended!

We were here for our high school reunion and was so happy to stay at Williams place. The house itself was so spacious, pretty, and clean we had a great stay! Location was great and getting around was easy

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The guest house feels like you’re sleeping in a serene and quiet forest. It’s also minutes away from great food and cute shops so you get the best of both worlds. We would stay here again.

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

Firstly, Roberto was an excellent host! Not only was he always the first to interact, but he truly wanted to make sure the stay was to mine and my Fiancée’s liking. The house itself, in short, was absolutely perfect (I didn’t want to leave it lmao). Joked a lot about pitching an offer and moving in! All in all this was an amazing first experience with Air B&B, and we will definitely make an excuse to stay here again
