There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Enjoy the sights and sounds from our balcony and the afternoon sun after a day at the beach. Chairs and beach equipment is in our balcony closet for your use. Two elevators are available in our building and a washer and dryer on each floor. Good times!
