The house has a very large porch overlooking the ocean you may take advantage of along with the side patio directly out of the door of the apartment This is a basement apartment in an old home

Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.
