I spent over 3 weeks here. It was a fantastic choice and I was very happy. The hosts were friendly and communicative (including when I got locked out during a fire alarm!), the location is excellent, and the apartment was comfortable and just as advertised. I enjoyed coming back to the apartment after long days out and about, or just lounging around during lazy days. The check in process is a bit strange (but I've seen this elsewhere in Melbourne), but that's just about the only complaint I had. Can't go wrong with this Airbnb, especially for a long stay.

This property is well kept and the pictures are a true and exact representation of the property - it is very handy and great little places to eat, near the supermarket, amazing view and a quiet, well kept property. Being on the 59th floor there was sometimes a little wait for the lifts but nothing that would damper your stay.

Nice clean apartment. About 20-25 minutes walk from town. Nice coffee shop and restaurant downstairs. Bed was a bit on the firm side but worked out fine for us. Shower, toilet and sink separated by clear glass walls. Clean place.

Asaf (the host) was very responsive, he replied to messages immediately and also kindly let me check out a little later. The apartment itself was in a great area with lots going on nearby but it wasn’t loud ever. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything you’d need for a slightly longer stay. I’d happily recommend this apartment to a friend!

Had a lovely stay at this warehouse style apartment, great decor and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location is very convenient and although it's close to the hustle and bustle of Smith St it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Access was easy and Kali was very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely loved our stay at Anthony’s place, it exceeded our expectations and we will plan to come back again later in the year. Affordable, clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything within walking distance. Loved that there were two comfy couches for my husband and I to stretch out and relax on. You don’t get that in most small airbnb’s. It felt like a home away from home. The bathroom is basic and an older style but that didn’t bother us. Everything was super clean and tidy with hotel style linen and towels.

Centrally located easy walks especially to sporting priecent....great food selections within 5 mins, walkable to botanical gardens and even the city but train station is a 3 min walk...funky little pad big enough for us, we enjoyed our long weekend emmensily, loved the area...

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! I’m so glad I was able to get a reservation so close to the date. It’s a comfortable room for a small space. Right next to Flinders Street station so it’s very easy to get anywhere. The decor is the most stunning I’ve seen in any Airbnb. I hope I will be able to return at some stage soon ☺️

What a lovely home-away-from-home to stay at. We so enjoyed Louise's peaceful apartment. It was cosy and comfortable and so quiet, especially at night. Had the best sleeps on the comfy mattress too! The apartment is in walking distance to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and very close to the train station. The effort that Louise went to to communicate was so appreciated as well. She went above and beyond in all departments. Thanks so much! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our week in Melbourne. Close to the park, shops and other amenities (including the tram). We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that Jennifer went the extra mile in providing a porta cot and high chair so we didn’t have to bring these from home. Highly recommended.
