This newly furnished one bedroom flat is located a stone's throw from the beach right in the heart of Southsea. A big advantage is the private parking space directly in front of the house. The flat is just meters away from the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer, not to mention the Kings Theatre. The most beautiful beach in Southsea is a 10 minute walk away. The train station is a 10 minute walk to the other side. This flat will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Southsea.

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!

Bedding and 2 towels are supplied per guest as is 2 tea towels
