Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. It features a fully equipped kitchen open onto a spacious living area and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. NOTE: Fireplace is out of action until further notice. (Glass broken). We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. We offer a 10 % discount on flights for guests.

Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. it is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and to the village center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

Perched on the mountainside, away from the noise of the town, you're only a 12 minute walk to the center and a further 8 min to the station. We warmly welcome visitors from all backgrounds and continents!
