The canal is home to manatees, squirrels, bright green Iguanas, and at times wild green Parakeets in the tree canopy, Spend a quiet time fishing under the gumbo limbo tree while enjoying the tropical breeze.

The villa enjoys private off-street parking. Pool & gym are to be used with caution and at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
