Private studio space with separate access, bedroom, ensuite, courtyard and off street parking. Guest suite is located at the front of the house. I live in the back with friendly dogs who won’t have access to your area. Small courtyard overlooking garden is perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon drink. Easy flat walk or bike ride to everything Coolum has to offer. 2 bikes are available for your use. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, but unfortunately not suitable for young children.

The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
