This trip was our first trip with our 3 month old and we are glad we chose Lagunas place! She was incredibly responsive and provided what was needed to make it a comfortable stay! The location CANNOT be more perfect as its walking to distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk along with many coffee shops. It was in a safe and quiet part of the town and the main tourist spots are just 4-10 mi drives from this place. I would definitely stay again!

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

This townhouse was a great place to stay! Me and two friends (all in our mid-30s) wanted a spacious place to stay away from the overcrowded South Beach, and this place was perfect. Plenty of space so we weren't up in each other's business. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the beach was not overly busy - that is, you could easy find a spot to lay a towel down with plenty of distance from the next group of people. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, and a Publix grocery store nearby. Two of us had to work a couple of days while we were there, and the Airbnb had plenty of space for that without disturbing each other during meetings/calls. Small warning, if you have trouble with stairs this place may be a challenge.

I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront penthouse, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is incredible—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views that never get old. The apartment itself is beautifully kept, with an antique decor that’s been meticulously maintained, giving it a unique and charming feel. The large windows let in tons of light, showcasing the space beautifully, and the sound of the waves in the morning is pure heaven. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and every detail just works. The view alone makes this place unforgettable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless beach getaway!

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my stay was too short (2 nights). Well-maintained older hotel building. Alex and Sofi go out of their way to please us as guests! Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Area offers so much that's delightful! Beautiful beaches, many options for bike riding (Citybike, many private shops with e-bikes, scooters, beach cruisers, kids bikes/kiddie cabooses.) Can ride on city streets or on the Boardwalk (except no electric allowed). Great restaurants! Nice variety of activity along Ocean Ave. North seems more lively with open-air restaurants/music and South is more upscale and serene with parks. CVS/Walgreens, bus stop all within 5-10 minute walk. I definitely hope to return to one of Alex and Sofi's bnbs!

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

Dave’s Place was a lovely cozy place with great beach access; all needed amenities; location is fab to walk anywhere; Dave gave very good tips on things to do around town..

I stayed here with my husband and 4 months old and we had an incredible stay! The views were absolutely stunning truly a sight to wake up to every morning. The Airbnb was beautiful, spacious, and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The resort and surrounding is very family friendly. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made the experience seamless. I already miss the views and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Super Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Strand. Apartment, Haus und Pool sind gepflegt. Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten auf dem Gang vorhanden. Das Appartment hat alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Suzi ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Absolutely amazing house, especially for a bachelorette trip! Everything was so quirky and unique. Ania was so responsive, accommodating and helpful! I’m blown away.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

Loris Wohnung in Miami Beach ist ein absoluter Traum! Der großzügige Balkon bietet jeden Morgen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer – einfach unbezahlbar. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern und vier Erwachsenen dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Badezimmer sind groß, sehr gepflegt und modern. Besonders angenehm: das unkomplizierte Valet Parking und die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand. Der Pool- und Fitnessbereich ist ebenfalls top. In weniger als fünf Minuten steht man schon barfuß im feinen Sand am paradiesischen Strand von Miami Beach. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Lori!

The place had amazing views! It was conveniently located next to the beach and had a great pool. Geeta was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. I would book this place again on a future trip.

Great location in quieter part of the area. We stayed here to attend Formula One Miami, as this location is a sweet spot to avoid crazy Miami traffic to/from the track. The space isn’t large but felt just right for our 3 night stay. Literally steps from the beach and a few restaurants, and a 10 minute walk down the boardwalk to bustling area with more food/drink options. We are glad we stayed here where it was nice and quiet, compared to a bit farther south where the crowds are. Bonus that a parking spot was included right next to the unit. Many other local options either charge extra or don’t include a spot. Overall; Good value, good location.

My boyfriend and I have been staying all around Miami for the past few months and we can’t say enough good things about Jeff’s place. To start he let us check in WAY before check in time which was nice. The place is exactly as seen in pictures if not better and the bed… the most comfortable bed ever. As a host Jeff was very attentive to his guests and it was very nice that he checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. The place is private but close enough distance to Publix, restaurants, and the beach! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone and will 100% keep this place in mind when in the area! Thanks Jeff! 😊

Devin's place is great. It is near everything and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. I will def come back next time i am in the area. He was responsive too for my questions. I highly recommend.

Lana was an amazing host! We travelled with a 1.5 year old and she was so accommodating and not only set up a crib and high chair but she was so thoughtful to also proactively set up a little station of books that kept my little one busy. It was the perfect stay for us, where we enjoyed spending our mornings on the beach and/or pool (full access given the apartment is in a hotel) and was easy to just walk across the street to Publix and get snacks and groceries and make meals in a stocked kitchen as needed (also a few nearby restaurants were walking distance with a few kids playgrounds, local bakeries and juice/coffee bars) She was also super responsive and went above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here, cannot thank you enough for your hospitality Lana! We will be back soon I hope.

La estadia en lo de Gonzalo fue excelente. El depto cuenta con todas las comodidades que describe en la publicacion, el parking incluido y que sea frente al complejo es un buen detalle. Tiene ademas cosas para la playa, y aunque no las usamos porque nuestro hijo tenia sus juguetes y demas, hasta hay cosas para chicos y chicas para que jueguen en la arena. El complejo tiene salida directa a la playa, otro excelente detalle, sabiendo que la zona es complicado conseguir estacionamiento si uno se aloja mas lejos. Gonzalo siempre respondio muy rapido, y inconveniente que tuvimos (que tampoco fue culpa de el) lo soluciono enseguida, y no fue una molestia para nosotros. La verdad, cuando volvamos a ir, espero que este disponible porque sera el primero que me fije al averiguar por alojamiento. Muchas gracias Gonza por tener el lugar como lo tenes, ser atento y haber hecho que los ultimos dias de nuestras vacaciones no hayamos tenido ningun problema y poder disfrutar y descansar 🫶🏼
