Logement bien situé, pas loin de la gare et en 20min dans New York même. Elle a été réactif et nous demandait si tout se passait bien pendant le séjour. Nous avons passé une semaine au top !

Great place to stay whether visiting NYC OR NJ you still get the NYC experience for the rooftop. The host is even wonderful, Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and located in a newly built building with excellent facilities. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive throughout my stay. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Responsive hosts. The building is very nice. Excellent facilities including well-equipped gym and very clean throughout. Professional and friendly staff. The only shortcoming was wifi not working during our stay. This was not a big problem for us but might be if not resolved for the next guest. We notified Greystar on our 2nd day and they were responsive but unable to resolve the issue for whatever reason. I am sure they will resolve, but something to be aware of. Still, I would recommend.

I have to say this host was amazing. She was extremely responsive and helpful. She answered all of my questions super quick. I just needed her place for the night. it was super easy to find, the check in was nice and simple. No luxurious amenities, but it was perfect to spend the night. I appreciate the flexible check in. Parking was on the street but we were lucky to find one right infront of the place and it felt safe. If I'm ever in New Jersey I will definitely look for Nelia's place.

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

Helens Apartment ist eine hervorragende Unterkunft zentral in Manhattan gelegen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Einrichtung/Möbel ist gehoben (insb. die Küche) und die Ausstattung auch super. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit Helen, die stets sehr schnell antwortete. Sollten wir nochmal nach NYC fahren, werden wir wieder dort wohnen :-)

Spacious apt that’s close to everything Brooklyn and Manhattan. Responsive friendly host. Very comfortable and well stocked, which is nice.

We had a lovely one night stay before our cruise. The accommodation was very nice and the basket of fruit and water in the fridge was a very nice touch. We popped to the local dollar store to buy toiletries and sun creams for a cruise, and the locals were very friendly. Would recommend this accommodation for large groups.

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

Camilo y Nathaly son excelentes anfitriones, estuvieron al pendiente en todo momento, contestaban de inmediato y no hubo una respuesta en blanco, la casa es verdaderamente hermosa, totalmente impecable. definitivamente no tengo palabras para expresar lo importante increíble que fue 0ara mi y mi familia quedarnos ahí, sin duda alguna regresaría ahí mismo. My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

This place was beautiful! It was large enough to accommodate our party of 7 and was very clean. Our host allowed us to check in early (due to my anxiety over losing my luggage with important medication inside) and answered every question i had quickly and with professionalism.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Karen’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Stayed a few days for a concert at MetLife, and had the easiest drive there and back. Really good restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores/necessities. Neighborhood was very cute and extremely quiet. The space had everything we needed, plus so many comfy couches as beds. The showers had the highest water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Probably not the best place for small children because of the stairs and personal belongings. The basement is beautifully redone, and has very up to date gym equipment that I didn’t notice in the listing photos. I’d definitely recommend Karen’s place to anyone looking for a place near MetLife or just a quiet comfortable home.
