Nice apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. In a great location in Richmond, good for trams etc. Some brief noise from people outside on Friday/Sat nights but to be expected in the location.

I loved this place - it's full of character, with a beautiful layout, comfy rooms and bedding, an excellent parking space and Rebecca's thoughtful hosting with a little note to us, set up to be nice and warm on arrival and with great kitchen basics and treats especially for us. My husband enjoyed reading about the history of the building - it is particularly remarkable that it remains amongst the high-rise apartments surrounding it. How special to have open space and trees enclosed on the property!

The accommodation was perfect, central location and easy to get around. The styling of the space is stunning, makes you feel right at home. Loved our time here

A Perfect Melbourne Base We had a lovely stay in this flat—it made our time in Melbourne so much more enjoyable. Centrally located but surprisingly quiet, it was ideal for exploring before coming back to relax. The place is cosy, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed, including a properly equipped kitchen. Waking up to sunlight streaming in was particularly nice, too. Milan and his mates were brilliant hosts—friendly, easy to reach, and made check-in a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend！

We had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean and had all the bedding and amenities we needed. It is close to both a tram line and restaurants, which made travel and meals easy. Sheryl was also very clear and helpful with communications.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Great house and Ali is an awesome host, she’s fast respond and very responsive when I was booking this last minute due to problem with our previous airbnb. Her house is exactly like the picture and description, love the area and the house are clean, i love that there’s a bedroom complete with kitchen and living area on the first floor making it easy for me that’s bringing twins here with tons of stuff. Would love to come back to this house again next time ✨✨

Absolutely loved our stay at Ramona’s with a large family group on the weekend of our wedding. So easy to get to, beautifully clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful two homes with so much space. We loved our stay and even walked down to our wedding at the Post Office Hotel from the house. Thanks for an amazing stay. Couldn’t recommend more!

I booked this Airbnb for my 30th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was absolutely ideal—spacious, beautifully set up, and packed with all the features and amenities you could need for an unforgettable party. From the moment I booked, the host Matt and his partner were incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions quickly and were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was seamless, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone looking to host a special celebration

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Jonathan's place is fantastic. Nicely appointed with everything you need! Great coffee and shops a short walk away. We loved that the Plenty River Trail and playgrounds were easily accessible. So clean and comfortable.

Host was simply like a friend and family member, the place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Hole away from home. In every category the place and the host would deserve a special thanks from us. Highly recommended for long stay or even short stay for solo or family. We would love to rent it again and again.

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. Plant lovers will love this place!

Sneha's place is spacious and its location fits perfectly what we needed. Some of the house rules, such as the requirement to vacuum the floor and remove linen on departure were somewhat out of the ordinary.

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

The room itself is very clean, bedding was comfortable and had a splendid view. The bathroom was also well kept. The host was also very friendly, prompt and responsive in communication, and made the check in process seamless. Will stay again.

Beautiful and sunny top floor apartment. The place was very quiet but in great location near all the shops and bars in st Kilda. Lawrence was very helpful and quick on responses.
