This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This place is a treat for the senses, the serenity is off the charts. It is a great spot to have the ultimate weekend getaway or stay for a few weeks, with plenty of room for the cars, caravans and tents along with a spacious house that sleeps 7 to 8 people. A quiet coastal town, 15 minutes from Bundaberg, where children ride bikes unsupervised and people are friendly. Our home is located in a quiet court and offers a fully fenced backyard. A 5 minute walk to the beach, with ocean and sand as far as the eye can see and turtles nest on the beach. Patrolled during an extended summer period. Lay in bed and listen to the ocean and at night see all the stars. With some lovely nature walks close by. Also 4wding on the far ends of the beach.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. There is a direct pathway from the property to the ocean. 4WD access is possible from Rules Beach Road (just a few hundred metres away). Note that this property does NOT allow pets at any time.
