The Best Ice Cream in Annapolis! Maybe even on the East Coast! Storm Brothers was an alley that two brothers converted into the quaintest little ice cream shop. We take everyone that visits us there, they are amazing! But please note, they accept CASH ONLY! However, there is an ATM machine at the entrance of the store. Their "Caramel Cookies n' Cream" flavor is one of our favorites, but we love it all!

While my first choice for dessert in downtown is always Kilwins, this is a close second given their variety of ice cream flavors!

When strolling the docks of downtown, just outside the main gate of the Naval Academy, stop by Storn Brothers for Ice Cream- its certainly is a favorite in Annapolis.
