BBQ SAUCE Although Memphis is known for their dry-rub, I've always been a sweet and saucy fan myself. One & Only uses a sweet sauce which I find delightful. They also have amazing sides—slaw, beans, mac & cheese—which for me is as equally important as the BBQ itself. There are multiple locations across the city.

Best place for barbecued chicken or turkey in Memphis! Innovative fare such as BBQ quesadillas make this a great place to branch out from traditional Memphis pork BBQ, though their pulled pork sandwich is fantastic, too!
