Kizilay Square is one of the most important centers and junction points of Ankara. You can go everywhere in Ankara using public buses and metros. There are many bars and restaurants.

Kizilay (literally "the red moon") is the city centrum. Lots of stores, restaurants and bars. And really lots of people : )
