If you are looking to eat something light and fresh, check out this local Mexican healthy eatery. All the chicken salads are amazing and the poblano soup is the BOMB! If you are new to valley, you probably have never had sandwichon! It’s a chicken salad sandwich that looks like a slice of cake. I love it, but I love everything 😂! This place is good when you want a lighter option. You can also have made to order fresh pressed juices and frozen yogurt parfaits. I get the crescent chicken sandwich with a poblano pepper soup and “agua de Jamaica” which is a drink made from the hibiscus flower.
