Milliken is an amazing place to exercise—walk or run, layout, fly a kite. There’s a designated 3.1 mile running trail that’s maintained. Just cross over the hill, right if the pond and facility. You’ll see ponds and the cut trail. It’s beautiful, challenging, and safe. You will sweat. This is a no joke coarse. There are regular regional races on the coarse.

This campus sits on 600 acres of beautifully manicured greenspace - one of the largest corporate green spaces in the Southeast and a nationally recognized arboretum – that was once a peach orchard. Milliken Arboretum does contain a system of official trails, but there are no trail maps at the parking area, and the trails often blend in with the large mown grass areas.
