Beautiful beach. Accessed after a 2.2 km walk on the board walk from the parking lot. Well worth the walk (though bring water). The beach itself is quiet.

An easy 30 minute "hike" will take you to a winding wooden boardwalk that becomes a floating walkway over a geographically unique shallow pond bordered by a large crescent shaped sand dune. The vegetation here is so green and lush it looks like a Lord of the Rings movie set - kind of magical. Over a small dune the path ends on a breathtaking beach with silky smooth white sand stretching in either direction as far as the eye can see. I swear you can see the curve of the earth from there.
