5min walk from our townhouse. One of Sydney's newest parks built around the Barangaroo Headland. Great for jogging.

Huge new parkland right on the waterfront. Great to see some of Australia's native plants, take a jog or walk with the family in the outdoors to escape the city

Our newest city park is fabulous. Take the train to Wynyard and look for the "Barangaroo Walk". This is an underground then elevated walkway which will take you straight from the station to Barangaroo. You'll arrive in the restaurant section (lots of lovely waterfront restaurants). Go to your left for the actual park. There's still some construction going on. You'll pass this and arrive at Barangaroo. After a walk around, follow the water back to "The Rocks" - the oldest part of Sydney. You'll find the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) there. Lovely cafe on 4th floor with great views. It's a short walk from there to Circular Quay Station. Don't shop or eat in the Rocks (tourist trap)
