Great place for high end food shopping and with an award winning butcher. There is also a lovely cafe serving food and drinks all day.

Top pick for a fry-up Again, another place that showcases local produce is Fodder on the Yorkshire show ground. They have an excellent farm shop and lovely café/restaurant attached. Again, they cater well for children. They also have a little van outside call ‘Fodder on the Hoof’ where you can grab a hot drink and awesome bacon/sausage butties which is perfect if you have a doggy friend with you as you can then have a nice walk on the showground and Hookstone woods with grub on the move. The breakfast here is fantastic and they also do great coffee and cake!

Gorgeous coffee shop in Harrogate, serving afternoon teas, lunch and with amazing cakes. Also a gorgeous deli with lots of local produce.

Really good for quality local meat. They also have an airstream caravan outside for a takeaway bacon sandwich and coffee, good for a walk around the grounds of the Great Yorkshire Showground.
