Te Papa is an amazing museum & one of the best free, indoor, kid-friendly things to do. You can easily spend two days going through here.

You have to go here. It's the Te Papa. And it's free. Check out the earthquake shack, the giant squid and the Maraes upstairs.

Always something to do there. Level 4 Cafe makes the best coffee but the food is expensive
