Open up the body after a few rounds on the golf course at the Hot Asana yoga studio. Hot Asana is a staple of the Southern Pines community. New, larger location as of Summer 2021 is incredible and allows for multiple classes at once throughout the day.

If you have any extra time to get your hot namaste on, this place will NOT disappoint. They have drop in class fees (under 20 bucks) and you can sign up before you get there.
