SOUP DUMPLINGS!!!!! Chinese small plates, a hot spot so you might have to wait for a table.

Soup dumplings... a food that almost every person would like to have or try while they’re in NYC. Shanghai 21 has one of the best soup dumplings in the Chinatown neighborhood! There’s a lot of soup dumplings places, but none can compare to Shanghai 21. There are 2 different ones on Mott Street, so make sure you go to the right one! :)
