Awesome hike up the historic table rocks. A significant landmark to the Takelma Native Indians. Great view of Medford and surrounding area!

There is also a Lower Table Rock Trail. Both of these trails are 5 miles roundtrip (if you walk along the top). Once on top you hike flat along the top of the plateau to the edge for stunning views of our valley. This is what is left of an ancient volcanic lava flow. Kids can easily do this hike. Bring water and a picnic for the top. Dogs not allowed so plan accordingly. Free parking. Outhouse style bathroom at parking lot.
